4-H Camp
Overlook, which is nestled on Indian Lake in the hamlet of Mountain
View, has provided a wholesome, fun and educational summer camp experience
since 1945. For over 60 years, countless
campers have made lasting memories at this very special place. Experience
the excitement of Camp Overlook and make some special memories of
your own! Camp Overlook is open to All children, not just 4-H members.
While camp
has changed over the years, many of its unforgettable traditions remain
the same. Today, campers can take a wild ride on the Adventure Course's
60-foot zip line, climb Adirondack High Peaks or sail across Indian
Lake. These new classes, and many others, keep camp exciting for a new
generation of youth. Meanwhile, camp's simplepleasures still exist
and are enjoyed by today's campers. If you are an alumni you likely
remember such things as the polar bear club, pirate's breakfast, counselor
talent night and, of course, vespers. These are only a few of the traditions
that are still alive and well at 4-H Camp Overlook.
Enjoy your visit
to the Camp Overlook website. Check out the exciting activities and
new friends that await our campers each summer. I believe we have a
spot saved for you!
